COOKING - VEGETARIAN INDIAN DELIGHTS
In this three week course get to know your dals (lentils and pulses) which are all very inexpensive and easily available at supermarkets and ethnic stores. Learn how to include more vegetables in your diet in delicious new ways and make your own paneer at home. Recipes taught will range from fragrant South Indian vegetable stir-fries, refreshing mung bean salads and the classic North Indian Dal Tadka to wholesome curries using chickpeas or kidney beans. Recipes will also divulge key techniques and skills that are at the heart of Indian Cooking that bring out the best of vegetarian ingredients to deliver bowlfuls of flavour, texture and wellness!
