COOKING - VEGETARIAN INDIAN DELIGHTS

Come, learn how to add variety and flavour to your diet by including more vegetables and vegetarian protein, and be pleasantly surprised how inexpensive it is to do this. Upgrade your skills and learn simple yet integral techniques in Indian cooking.  From DIY paneer, to fragrant veg stir-fries, robust curries, and comforting Dal dishes, recipes shared reflect different regions, eras and cultures spanning India's long food history. Gain an understanding of spices, lentils, legumes and other interesting ingredients, all easily available in NZ's growing ethnic market community, that will empower you to create delicious, wholesome vegetarian dishes in your own kitchen.
