STRENGTH 2 BALANCE EXERCISE
Strength2Balance is a dynamic fusion of Pilates, Yoga and dance developed by Robyn Alderson to enhance strength, balance and overall fitness. Strength2Balance is ACC accredited which means it's suitable for any age and fitness level including older adults. We will use standing, chair and mat exercises to enhance strength, balance and overall fitness, all done in a safe, yet fun environment.
Please note that there is no class on Thursday 21 May due to an event in the School. A class will be added at the end of the course on 18 June to make up the missed session.
