TAI CHI - BEGINNER LEVEL

A course for beginners in Tai Chi and those who would like to refresh in a kind, relaxed environment. We will concentrate on Yang style, building towards the 8 form. 

You can join this course for as many terms as suits your needs, or join the Open Class to extend your practice when ready.
