PILATES - MAT PILATES BEGINNERS Level 1 (6:00pm Class)
Pilates is a series of exercises aimed at restoring balance and flexibility, improving core strength and postural awareness, and can also help with relaxation. It is a great way to increase your mind-body awareness. Pilates really is suitable for everyone - from those that are beginners and trying it for the first time, to more advanced techniques for those that have made Pilates a part of their everyday routine. Participants in Beginners Level 1 will learn the fundamental techniques of various exercises, ensuring correct form and safety. The simple combinations are designed to be easily followed, allowing individuals of all fitness levels to participate and benefit from the class.
