YOGA
Regardless of age or level of fitness, yoga can help improve strength, balance, flexibility and calmness of mind. This class includes a blend of yoga movement (hatha and slow vinyasa), pranayama (yoga breathing techniques) and relaxation. The practices are gentle and slow paced using a range of movement. Moving slowly helps to regulate the nervous system and build strength and mobility without strain or injury. Students are encouraged at all times to move at their own pace. It is recommended that participants are able to sit on the floor and can get down/up from the floor.
Please note this is a 75minute class
This class is best suited to people who have some experience of yoga and enjoy a gentle more mindful yoga practice.
