 Join this course and learn proven meditation and mindfulness tools to release stress, anxiety and toxins and improve every aspect of your wellbeing.  In modern daily life, and even more so during challenging circumstances like the current pandemic, our stress response, commonly known as fight or flight, gets activated several times a day.  This chronic state of stress is responsible for an estimated 80% of diseases today, takes a huge toll on mental health and it robs you from fully enjoying life. Science shows that meditation and mindfulness practices are powerful antidotes.  As well as meditation this course will teach you super simple mindfulness adjustments you can make to your daily routine that will help you feel relaxed, connected, at peace and enjoy every aspect of your life.
