CAKE DECORATING - CREATE ICING ROSES AND DECORATE A 2 TIER WEDDING/BIRTHDAY CAKE 

In this fun 2 week course you will make gorgeous roses that will wow your friends!  You will also learn how to cover a cake with white ganache icing and create a side detail.  You will then learn how to stack a two tier cake, add the side detail and finish off with your lovely icing roses placed on top of the cake. Perfect for a special birthday or even a wedding!
