CAKE DECORATING FOR BEGINNERS
In this three week course you will learn how to make icing flowers for cup cakes, pipe cup cakes with butter icing and fondant as well as covering some cupcakes in fondant. You will also learn how to cover a cake in fondant and make an icing figure using fondant.

CHEESEMAKING (JUNE CLASS)
This three hour course is an interactive Cheese Demonstration class which involves making and tasting five cheeses - Ricotta, Feta, Camembert, Neuf Chatel and Mascapone. All recipes are provided along with an easy explanation on how students can make their own cheeses at home.
