BAKING - NEXT LEVEL CAFE STYLE BAKING

A follow-on course to the Introduction to Cafe-Style Baking. Take the skills you have learned to the next level! If you are already comfortable with baking, this is a good place to learn new recipes and techniques and develop your skills further. 

Useful for both home cooks and those interested in gaining employment in hospitality.

Please note: the sessions on Weeks 2 and 4 this course will be 3 hours in duration to allow time to make Bread etc.
