Catherine (Cat) Watts

Cat has been a qualified baker for 14 years, but has baked ever since she was old enough to stand on a chair

and help her Mum in the kitchen. Working in hospitality for decades has seen Cat learn a lot of tips and

tricks of the trade, along with a wide repertoire of baking skills. She likes to teach by showing and allowing students to try for

themselves. Cat also loves to answer student questions, as she believes questions are an essential key to learning!
