YOGA
Regardless of age or level of fitness, yoga can help improve strength, balance, flexibility and calmness of mind. This class combines traditional Hatha yoga postures with gentle, breath-led movement sequences. There are no rapid transitions or complex poses, instead you will be invited to move mindfully with your breath at your pace. This allows space for a more accessible practice and enables a deeper connection to your body and breath.
It is recommended that participants are able to sit on the floor and can get down/up from the floor. This class is best suited to those with some yoga experience who are looking for a gentle mindful approach to their yoga practice.
