PAVERPOL SCULPTURE
Create a gorgeous Pukeko or Sitting or Standing Lady on this fun, hands-on, creative workshop using Paverpol. Paverpol is an environmentally friendly fluid that can be used to make fabric rock hard. Artworks made with Paverpol are weather resistant after hardening completely, and will withstand rain, wind, sun, snow and frost.
During the workshop, you will learn to construct the basic frame, for your Pukeko sculpture using wire and then build it up with tinfoil. You will then discover how to use materials dipped in Paverpol to wrap and dress your sculpture. Paverpol dries slowly enough to allow plenty of working time. After it has hardened, you have a beautiful sculpture which can be used indoors as well as outdoors. Paverpol works best with natural materials such as paper, silk, cotton, chamois leather, wood, plaster, etc. Most materials are provided and included in the course fee.
