COOKING - A TASTE OF SPAIN

This hands on cooking class will take participants on a culinary journey around the different regions of Spain.  We will create a variety of tasty dishes from tapas, salads and desserts to the iconic paella and learn about Spanish culture and customs along the way.  Mariano, a three-time Cuisine Artisan award-winner, brings the experience of his own smallgoods business and Pedro's Kitchen to share his passion for cooking!

Please note there will be no class on Monday 26 October due to the Labour Day Holiday
