Daniela is a Colombian pastry chef with 10 years experience in the field.  She is very passionate about Chocolate, cakes and dessert making and enjoys creating new ways to add variety to the classics of baking.  Daniela has worked at She Chocolate for 4 years and while there she taught chocolate making to both adults and children she currently works at Rollickin Gelato.
