Andrew Crerar

Over his 15-year career, Andrew has held leadership positions in successful organisations in the public, private, and not for profit sectors in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. He’s currently a member of the executive leadership team for one of the country’s largest businesses, where he manages a team of 60+ people. 

Andrew is passionate about the impact that effective leadership can have on people and organisations and has developed a course designed to help participants learn the foundations of self-awareness, communication, and personal impact. His teaching style is practical, fun, and easy to apply to a range of environments, including business, sports administration, and non-profit management. He has an advanced degree in psychology and experience delivering leadership training over the past 10-years.
