Who am I: My name is Jennifer I am a community yoga teacher, therefore I work with diverse bodies. I teach/facilitate, and I say facilitate, as I am guiding you through series of Yoga to accommodate where at you are physically and mentally on that day “that’s how I work”. A big part of my class is based on creativity I include Meditation whether it be guided imagery/yoga Nidra, breath based, focused, mindfulness and mantra/affirmations. The Workshops' purpose is to bridge communities together through Yoga and relaxation and intro to Mandala. The great thing about working with Mandala is they can be easy or complicated, but it’s a great way to just be in the present moment. I also believe connecting with other people that is what community yoga is all about. What to do from here? I would recommend starting with my Beginners’ Slow-Paced Yoga and Mandala Workshop (can also be used as a refresh) and then move into my Intermediate Slow-Paced Yoga and Mandala Workshop, deepening your learning of how to connect the flow. These standalone Slow-paced Yoga and Mandala workshops are intended to support you on your yoga Journey and prepare you to participate in a regular Yoga practice if desired.
