Enrolment Information

OUR TERM 4 2017 CLASSES ARE NOW OPEN FOR ENROLMENT. PLEASE GO TO BROWSE COURSES TO VIEW THE FULL LIST.

People who are NOT enrolled in a course are NOT permitted to attend classes (this includes participants' children).

All courses require a minimum number of students (usually 10) to run, so please enrol well before the start date to avoid disappointment. If you require a receipt please send a stamped addressed envelope, otherwise we will only contact you if there is a problem with your enrolment or the class is being cancelled.

On occasion, due to circumstances beyond our control, it may be necessary to replace an advertised tutor with a substitute or postpone a class.

REFUNDS POLICY

Our policy on refunds is as follows:

(a) A full refund will be made if a class does not start

(b) All refund requests must be made in writing to the co-ordinator and received at least three working days before a course starts.

(There is a non-refundable administration charge of $15.)

(c) Transfers may be available to another course if application is made at least one week before the course starts

(d) The Co-ordinator reserves the right to refuse or to cancel the enrolment of any course participant.


FIRST NIGHT

Students enrolled in classes at Papanui High School should report to the School Hall 10 minutes prior to the commencement of their class unless otherwise stated. Other classes go to venue specified.

PARKING

Students may park in the school grounds but please keep clear of accessways and lawns. Ensure your vehicle is locked.
