Enrolment InformationOUR TERM 1 2025 CLASSES ARE NOW OPEN FOR ENROLMENT.

Our courses are designed for Adults and all students must be over the age of 16 and not currently attending secondary school

People who are NOT enrolled in a course are NOT permitted to attend classes (this includes participants' children).

All courses require a minimum number of students (usually 8-10) to run, so please enroll well before the start date to avoid disappointment. 

We will contact you via email in the week before your course is due to start with confirmation details, or to advise if the class is being cancelled.

Gift Vouchers are available for our courses. You can either purchase a gift voucher towards the cost of a course $50 or $100. Or gift a complete course eg $121 for a term of Yoga or Guitar, $144 for a course in Woodwork or Watercolour Painting or $163 for one of our Cooking Courses. On occasion, due to circumstances beyond our control, it may be necessary to replace an advertised tutor with a substitute or postpone a class.

To Enrol

Use our online enrolment option by going to the courses section and then clicking on the register button of the course you wish to enrol in

Telephone our office 352-0701 to enroll and pay by Visa, Debit or Mastercard.

Visit our office at Papanui High School, 30 Langdons Road between

11 am - 4 pm to pay by cash or eftpos.

OR

Send your enrolment details - full name, best contact email and phone number and the name of the course you wish to enroll in to us via email to [email protected] and deposit the course fee via online banking. Bank Account Details are as follows, please put the course name in the particulars

Refunds Policy

Our policy on refunds is as follows:

  1. A full refund will be made if a class does not start
  2. All refund requests must be made in writing to the co-ordinator and received at least one week  before a course starts. 
    (There is a non-refundable administration charge of $20.)
  3. Transfers may be available to another course if application is made at least one week before the course starts.
  4. The Co-ordinator reserves the right to refuse or to cancel the enrolment of any course participant.

First Night

Students enrolled in Night Classes should go directly to their classroom on the first night, your Tutor will meet you there, assistance will be available to find your classroom.

Parking

Students may park in the school grounds but please keep clear of accessways and lawns. 
Ensure your vehicle is locked.
