Tracy is passionate about the process of collaborative communication and problem solving both in her role as mediator and educator. She believes the most effective process of education is through facilitative learning and incorporating all the experiences and skills of those in the training. Tracy is the owner, trainer, facilitator and mediator or her own training facilitation and mediation company. She has spent 10 years working in the United States where she has spent 6 years working as a Virginia Supreme Court Mediator.
