School starting at 9.15 29 August- 2 September.
As signposted last week, there are challenges with having a high number of staff away from school this week to enable our sports teams to participate in South Island Secondary School tournaments. In some cases, this is the first time in three years that their tournament has been able to be held. In light of this, we will be using a delayed start to help manage our staffing requirements. For this week, 29 August-2 September, students will begin their day from Period 2. We do appreciate that this is a disruption of routine for some families. Supervision can be provided at school for students who still need to be onsite before 9:15am. Senior students who are working independently on assessments will also be able to be accommodated at school should they need to be. Any prearranged EOTC and/or itinerant music lessons before Period 2, will still go ahead as scheduled.
