Girls Hockey

Congratulations to our Girls’ Hockey Team who have won back to back titles in the mid-week School Sport Canterbury Competition – winning 4-0 over Riccarton High.Girls Hockey

 

Pool for Schools Regional Championships.

On Wednesday, Jasmine Purdon and Ngakita Anderson competed in the regional Pool for Schools championships at the Woolston Club. Jasmine placed 3rd overall, and Ngakita made it through to the quarter finals. They also won the “Team of the Tournament” Trophy for the second year running.

Boys’ 1st XI – beat Middleton in their last game for the season 2-1 with Caleb Cottom making both goals.

Junior Boys’ 7 aside – were just defeated by Hillview

Senior B – were defeated by Rangi Ruru

Important Dates/ Notices

 

  • Students attending Winter Tournament Week should have all received a letter and permission slip. If not please collect one from the Sports Office and return this week. Payments are also due by the 24th August unless arrangements have been made with the office.
  • Sport Trophies are to be returned to the library or sports office by the end of August please.
  • Winter Sport Uniforms can start being handed in if not required for tournament.
