Kia ora koutou
Today we received the very welcome news that we will be able to reopen the school under Alert Level 2 criteria from Thursday, September 9.
The Ministry of Education advised this evening that schools will receive a detailed overview of what Alert Level 2 means tomorrow. We will look to share that information with you as soon as we can tomorrow. Students will be able to return on Thursday for our normal start time of 8.30.
We will still be operating under Alert Level 3 tomorrow (Tuesday) and staff will be able to return to school on Wednesday to support the preparation for students returning to school on Thursday.
Teaching and Learning
Following the Government's announcement that schools will reopen on Thursday, under COVID Alert Level 2 Protocols, we have adjusted our online face-to-face timetable accordingly.
Students will now complete their independent learning, which was scheduled for Friday, on Wednesday. This will provide students with an opportunity to continue with learning tasks prior to their return to onsite learning on Thursday.
Format of Term 3, Week 7 (Monday 6th - Friday 10th September School-Wide Timetable for online “Face-to-Face” Sessions - Google Meet)
Please keep an eye out for tomorrow’s update. We will send it through as soon as we can.
Keep safe and take care.
