Pam and her husband live on a small farmlet, Pam has always had a passion for cooking and has a keen interest in producing wholesome food without additives and preservatives.  She has made her own yoghurt and butter and ground organic grains for flour.  For the past 10 years she has been involved in making a large variety of cheeses.  With her daughter Mel Whitaker she jointly owns "The Home Cheesemaker Company Ltd" and together they have been running Cheese Making workshops for the past 18 months.
