Start your Pilates experience by building a strong foundation in the Pilates method through mat-based exercises. These fundamental exercises will promote excellent core strength, body awareness. flexibility and relaxation. This is a non rehabilition Pilates class if you have any back issues or injuries please inform the office before enrolling and the tutor will contact you directly. This course is part of the Accredited Strength and Balance Programme through Sport Canterbury but is unsuitable for students during pregnancy.
