Do you want to take some of the stress out of Christmas Entertaining?  Come to this course taught by Mark McCracken the Executive Chef of Baretta, The Cuban and Empire.  Learn how to plan and create tasty treats in advance and make entertaining fun, leaving you more time to relax and socialise with your guests.  These restaurant quality dishes can be adapated to any size function.  You will need to bring along your favourite knife, apron and a selection of containers and some pantry staples.  There will be breaks for morning tea and lunch, tea, coffee, milk and sugar will be provided you will need to bring your own lunch and snacks.
