Thursday Sports Competition (TAIOHI TINANA)

During Term 2 ALL students who “LOVE A BIT OF FRIENDLY SPORTS COMPETITION” are welcome to join the team from Te Ora Hau in the Gym on Thursday lunchtime.


Christchurch Netball Centre U15/ U14 Representative Teams Named

Congratulations to the following students who were named this week into Christchurch Netball Centre Representative Teams:


U15 Black Team – Maddie Stewart (Belfast Netball Club)

U14 Black Team – Arlya Guard (Kereru Netball Club)

U14 Red Team – Caitlin Andrews (Revelations)



Boys’ 1st XI – were just defeated by Christ College 3-4 – much stronger game played this week.



Boys – just defeated 2-3 by Rangiora, in a close first game of the season.

Girls – beat Rangiora 7-0



Senior A – were defeated by St Andrew’s College

Senior B – were defeated by Rangi Ruru

Senior C – beat Avonside 35-15

Junior A – were defeated by Revelations

Junior B – were defeated by Marian College

  • Canterbury SS Cross Country – Tuesday 29th May
  • UC Education Mud Run – Sunday 17th June ( Student registrations and payment at lunchtime on Monday 21st May)

Thomson Trophy Boys – beat Cathedral 86-78

Whelan Trophy Girls – beat Marian 50-44

Open Boys – were defeated by Riccarton

Senior Girls – beat Rangi Ruru 54-39

Junior Girls – beat St Margaret’s 56-52
