Principal's Weekly Review 30th November
I would like to thank and acknowledge our junior school for their contribution to Work Day on Thursday afternoon. This was to raise funds to support Ronald McDonald House through the sponsorship of the Teenager Room.
Friday saw the NCEA exams come to an end. The feedback from the external supervisors has been extremely positive in relation to the attitude of our students as they sat their exams. We look forward with positive anticipation for good results in January next year.
Next Monday senior sign-out will be held for all Year 11 – 13 students. Following sign-out will be the Year 13 BBQ lunch, and the final farewell leavers’ dinner that evening.
I would like to thank the members of staff who participated in this year’s MOvember (supporting Men’s Health), for either growing a moustache or participating in Moving throughout the month (ie setting a running ‘x’ number of kilometres challenge etc). The staff have raised, to this point, $3,600, and would like to thank the school community, family, and friends, for supporting them.
