Cheese Making Workshop - Learn how to make Feta, Camembert and Ricotta - Course Information - Adult & Community Education - Papanui High School

Come and enjoy a day learning how to make cheese, with step by step instruction given by an experienced Home Cheese Maker. Students will take their Feta and Camembert home to enjoy in their own cheese moulds.

REQUIREMENTS Students will need to bring 4 litres of non-homogenised full fat milk and two stainless steel pots (one must be able to fit in the other - double boiler idea) that will comfortably hold two litres of milk
ADDITIONAL COSTS Fee includes all other materials including cheese moulds
